Before Leadto

Leadto got in touch with the Sales Manager of Caseware Netherlands through their own software. This gave the Sales Manager immediate proof that this way of working could also be effective for his team at Caseware. Caseware needed a solution like Leadto's because ambitious revenue targets had been set following an acquisition with new shareholders. Although they were already working with a cold calling agency for new business appointments, they were not satisfied with the results, especially the cost per appointment and the number of appointments.

Leadto's Customer Success Manager teamed up with Caseware's responsible marketer. They involved all sales colleagues in creating different target group plans, tailored to the goals for the various markets: wholesale, SME, accountants and consultants. Within six months, the pipeline was filled with more than 100 appointments, at an average cost of just €100 per appointment. Thanks to this success, the partnership was extended to Europe and the Nordics.
